  • Develop and implement marketing and service policies and programs to support strategic direction.
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of products and service lines.
  • Establish and maintan relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners, leading the team with strategies to recruit clients and attract investments.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.
  • Meet with key clients; supervise and assist sales representatives to manage relationships and to negotiate and close deals.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of potential client base expansion.

Required Skills or Experience

  • The role requires someone with the flair to interract, negotiate and close deals with financial institutions and high net worth individuals.
  • Must have 4 – 6 years sales experience in investments or private wealth management.
  • Ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
