A reputable oil and gas service company is seeking to recruit qualified, competent and result oriented personnel to join its dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of the Director’s diary and appointments
  • Take minutes for all meetings
  • Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc to arrange meetings, prepare agendas draft minutes
  • Draft, type and dispatch all the Director’s correspondence
  • Help the Director manage output, workflow and office deadlines
  • Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible
  • Collect and open all mail addressed to the Director
  • Maintain a comprehensive filling system
  • Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries,
  • Tabulate and retrieve Director’s official expenditures and claims
  • Arrange local transportation when necessary
  • Some research, media relations and promotional work
  • Good writing skills
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by Director

Required Skills or Experience

  • 5 years experience in similar job or same capacity, Minimum of first degree in any Business related field preferably secretary ship
