The Empower Recruiter:

Is a project manager who acquires client of specific industries, fulfill recruitment requirements using talent acquisition, assessment and management strategies and ensures client satisfaction and retention through relationship management.

This is a business development role and our consultants are required to demonstrate a high degree of commercial acumen and build strong networks in their chosen industries.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Build capacity and research on chosen industry.
  • Market Empower services to generate new business using a medley of creative business development activities relevant to our brand.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients whilst developing a good understanding of their companies, industry and work culture
  • Using social media and company website to advertise positions attract and build relationships with candidates and employers.

Candidate Management:

  • Work with Sourcing team to match the right candidates to client needs.
  • Build candidate capacity and manage talent in chosen industry.
  • Manage budgets to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.

Required Skills or Experience

  • The Right Attitude !
  • First degree in marketing, human resources or any related subject
  • Solid and demonstrable administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability in the use of MS Office to an advanced level, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Should be able to work with little or no supervision
  • Must understand the impact branding and brand compliance on project and company success and credibility.
